Hi, this is class 5-105 and we are from PS 175 in Harlem in Manhattan in New York City. We are fifth graders. We are the seniors of PS 175. We are learning to be leaders and to represent the school. In math we're learning about angles, adding and subtracting decimals and multiplication methods. We're building stamina by reading for longer periods of time. In social studies we're learning about different countries like Spain. We're learning about it through Reach the World. Our traveler's name is Danialles. Danialles has been writing to us through field notes and journal entries.
Next week we're making tapas based on a recipe that Danialles sent to us. She has also been telling us about the clothing, the temperature and her travels to Rome, Italy to see the Colosseum. We still want to know what the population of Spain is. We also want to know about Flamenco dancing and the architecture in Spain.
